These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Technansal and the use of the website at https://technansal.com/. By submitting an inquiry or commissioning services, you accept these terms.
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
All custom software development, website builds, ecommerce platforms, and digital marketing retainers are governed by explicit Statements of Work (SOW) or commercial service agreements signed between Technansal and the client. Any changes to original scope will be documented and evaluated for timeline and cost impacts.
2. Laptop & Hardware Rental Agreements
Commercial laptop rentals and IT hardware provisioning are subject to specific rental terms including return conditions, hardware security, maintenance coverage, and replacement provisions. Equipment remains the property of Technansal unless an explicit buyout option is executed.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all contracted invoices, the client retains full ownership of custom source code created specifically for their bespoke project, excluding pre-existing proprietary frameworks, open-source libraries, or Technansal’s core HRMS platform licenses.
4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Technansal adheres to high professional standards and industry best practices. While we implement rigorous testing and security safeguards, Technansal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting downtime, API outages beyond our control, or client unauthorized code modifications.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Delhi NCR / Haryana.
